2. What data we process and why

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we process the details you provide: name, company, e-mail address, the service you are interested in, and your message. We use this data to respond to your inquiry and to communicate about a potential engagement. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

E-mail and phone communication. If you contact us directly by e-mail or phone, we process the contact details and content you share with us for the same purposes and on the same legal bases as above.

Server and security logs. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in connection with content delivery and protection against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics — no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. It does not use cookies or any client-side state, does not track individual visitors across sites, and measures traffic in aggregate only. For this reason, our website does not display a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

3. Who processes data for us

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Formspree, Inc. (USA) — processing of contact form submissions. Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery network, website security, and privacy-first web analytics.
  • Google (Google Workspace) — business e-mail hosting.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep data

We keep inquiry-related data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards (as a rule no longer than 24 months from our last communication), unless a longer period is required for contract performance, legal obligations, or the establishment or defence of legal claims.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise these rights by writing to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic), dataprotection.gov.sk.

6. Other information

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling. This website is not directed at children. We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page.
